Melissa hails from the city of Leeds, England. With a Bachelor's degree in Geography and a agricultural certification known as BASIS, she brings a unique blend of knowledge and passion to the world of fitness. As a Level 3 Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 certified coach, Melissa stands at the forefront of fitness expertise. Her journey began at the iconic Gymnasium, one of London's premier CrossFit establishments, where she honed her skills and emerged as a top-tier coach. Melissa has left her mark in gym competitions, most notably clinching victory in the highly competitive Turf Games and earning the coveted title of "Fittest in the City" in 2022.
